Sweeney's Seafood Restaurant
Sweeney’s Seafood Restaurant
In the 1950’s a small house that stood next to the original Washington Township Public Library was torn down. In its place the new Centerville Post Office and Decker’s 10 cent store was built. The library was then torn down in 1962 and that location is now the Centerville Carry-out. The Post Office and 10 cent store were converted into Antonio’s Italian Restaurant. In September, 1994 that location became Sweeney’s Seafood House.

Sweeney’s Seafood Bar and Grill
Sweeney’s has a Key West feel and the menu items reflect that. We have beef and chicken as well. The five large fish tanks make Sweeney’s family friendly. The cozy, informal bar has rotating microbrews and an extensive wine and alcohol list. You can sit at the bar, enjoy a full meal and watch our large HD screen TV’s. We also have seasonal outdoor patio seating with a view of the Heart of Centerville. Come and join us and see for yourself.
There is ample parking in back where you enter from West Franklin St. or State Route 48.
Gift certificates are always available.
