Zinc Brasserie

Cesare and Andrea Avallone are a perfect match. You will generally find Cesare, a CIA graduate,  in the kitchen prepping for dinner service or cooking on the line in one of their restaurants. Andrea will likely answer the phone to
take your reservation, while training waitstaff and running the dining room. In one evening, they can each be found at all of their restaurant properties, often times crossing paths with each other. Business meetings take place in the car ride to work, over coffee in the morning, or at the end of  service each night. Their lives are plenty busy, with two separate dual-concept restaurants  as well as a seasonal operation. Add to the mix their two wonderful children and a few pets, and their days are complete. The employees that they staff the restaurant with are friendly and caring, and the respect and care that they give each guest is a direct reflection of how Cesare and Andrea feel about each  employee.
